Chicago Firearm Training
Get Your Concealed Carry with Chicago Firearm Training
State-approved firearm training is mandatory for anyone age 21 and older looking to carry a firearm within Illinois. A Firearm Owner’s Identification (FOID) card and a permit for concealed carry are the two documents you need to legally carry a firearm – but before you can get your concealed carry license, you must complete proper firearm training. Chicago firearm training from Concealed Carry Safety for Personal Defense Inc provides all the state-required firearm instruction you’ll need.

Complete Your Training
Our Chicago Firearm Training fulfills all 16 hours of Illinois State Police Certified training. Your training will be taught by a certified Illinois State Police concealed carry instructor and divided into two stages: 8 hours of range training and 8 hours of classroom instruction. We offer 13 different courses available for both group classes and private lessons – so no matter what kind of training you’re looking for we can accommodate your needs.
Flexible Scheduling
We understand that finding the time to complete 16 hours of training can be difficult on a busy schedule. That’s why we can easily split your training time into two eight-hour days, four-four hour sessions or a hybrid that best fits your life.
Come Dressed for the Occasion
To help make sure you are as safe and comfortable as possible throughout your training we recommend that you come dressed in a closed neck shirt, closed-toe athletic shoes, a belt able to support a holster and a baseball cap so your skin will be protected from hot ejected casings.
