This will be a classroom presentation of basic field stripping, cleaning and lubrication protocols (long term storage vs. deployment(carry) ready) for semi automatic and revolver handgun maintenance.

This course of instruction is for the individual who is new to the complexities of proper firearm maintenance or is unsure of just what maintenance it takes to give your daily carry weapon the best chance of functioning properly at that moment when you need it and the confidence and familiarity with your handgun you will have from the regular maintenance being done. The class will be based on manufacturers' published procedures coupled with the instructor's decades long experience and Certified Police Armorer training and experience.

Please contact us if you wish to have your specific firearm demonstrated and discussed in the classroom, dependent on the number of class participants who desire to avail themselves of this personalized service. This will benefit all participants by broadening their experience of different firearms.

Materials Needed: A large beach towel that will be soiled and an appropriate cleaning kit for your caliber firearm and the manufacturer's manual for your firearm.

You may bring your firearm to class (it WILL be checked and cleared by the instructor before entry to the training area) for specific instruction on and help with any issues you may have with it.

*Note regarding bringing your own firearm to class; we ask that you contact us well prior to the class date with the specific nomenclature to allow us to do necessary research on any firearm we do not have current manufacture's information or experience with.

ABSOLUTELY NO LIVE AMMUNITION WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE TRAINING FACILITY DURING THIS TRAINING !!!

We will supply .38, .45 and 9mm inert (dummy) rounds for your use during the class.

Please contact us PRIOR to the class if you are a lawful concealed carry license holder and desire to bring your carry weapon to class for instruction on.

Due to intense personal instruction, there will be a minimum /maximum class size.
